Pinbar is actively supporting different remodel projects for Golden Corral, working with both corporate and franchisee partners. These property refreshes are being driven by updates to the brand’s experience standards for the entire enterprise which began in 2018.

Our team has assisted with site surveys, Matterport scans, construction documentation, and ad hoc coordination with the authorities having jurisdiction in each project. To date, our team has supported projects in Ohio, Illinois, Utah, Tennessee, Florida, Massachusetts, and Louisiana - with new territories being added each quarter.
