GSNETX: SOUTH DALLAS

In addition to our ongoing support of the GSUSA national DreamLab program, Pinbar led the architectural design of a major remodel for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas’ regional headquarters in South Dallas, TX.

Beyond troop-facing amenities like a Maker Space, STEM Space, and Podcast/Media Room, the property features three conference rooms, two huddle rooms, and over a dozen dedicated workstations to support council leadership requirements.

The total 10,000+ SF environment was opened in January 2026. The space is dedicated to Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson’s based on her advocacy efforts.
