BUILDING COMPOSITES

Building Composites is a Dayton, OH based manufacturer of a pre-glazed building skin panel system called “Hyperwall.” When the brand was opening their new 108,000 SF manufacturing facility, Pinbar Architecture & Design was tasked with designing a Phase I office and break room area of nearly 5,000 SF within the site.

Working in a design-build partnership with HITT, Inc., we led space planning, design development, material specification, construction documentation, and permitting.

Following completion of this scope, Pinbar has remained involved in several facility additions, including hazardous material storage systems on the production floor and a planned 500 SF expansion to the Phase I office.
