STEAK ‘N SHAKE

Pinbar’s architect of record helped produce master construction documents for one of Steak ‘n Shake’s first free-standing restaurant prototype locations in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

This prototype became the brand’s standard for rollouts across both their corporate and franchised restaurant locations. It included accommodations for a pick-up window and a complete refresh of the brand’s previous interior graphics package.

Material and finish selections were organized by tiered levels of investment - providing options to franchisees who required lower start-up costs.
